      结直肠癌( CRC)是人类第三大高发恶性肿瘤,也是常见的癌症相关死亡原因之一, 2020年全球 CRC新发病例 193.16万,死亡病例 93.52万,分别位于所有恶性肿瘤的第 3位和第 2位。 CRC的发病机制主要归因于维持上皮完整性稳态的相关信号转导通路失调。目前研究表明 CRC组织中许多 TRIMs家族蛋白的高表达与病人的低生存率密切相关,并认为参与了 CRC的发病机制。大多数 TRIMs家族成员可通过直接干扰细胞周期调控、细胞凋亡、上皮间质转化(EMT)以及炎症反应,进而影响 CRC的发生和发展。值得注意的是,在特定的肿瘤类型和微环境下,部分 TRIMs家族成员被发现具有转录因子活性和 RNA稳定的复杂生物学活性。该文通过文献回顾,研究和总结 TRIMs家族蛋白在 CRC发生发展过程中通过信号转导通路的靶向调控。
英文摘要:
      Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common malignant tumor in humans and one of the common causes of cancer-re. lated death. In 2020, there were 1 931 600 new CRC cases and 935 200 death cases in the world, ranking the third and second in allmalignant tumors, respectively.The pathogenesis of CRC is mainly attributed to the dysregulation of signal transduction pathways thatmaintain the homeostasis of epithelial integrity.Current studies have shown that the high expression of many TRIM family proteins inCRC tissues is closely related to the low survival rate of patients and is believed to be involved in the pathogenesis of CRC.Most TRIMfamily members can affect the occurrence and development of CRC by directly interfering with cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, epitheli.al-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and inflammatory response.Notably, some TRIM family members have been found to have complex bi.ological activities of transcription factor activity and RNA stabilization in specific tumor types and microenvironments.This paper aimsto study and summarize the targeted regulation of TRIM family proteins through signal transduction pathways during the occurrenceand development of CRC through literature review.
