| 《温病条辨》“复脉法”源于《伤寒论》“复脉汤”，有滋阴助阳，益气养血之功效，广泛应用于心血管疾病的中医临床治疗。与《伤寒论》不同在于，立足于阴阳、脏腑，提出以血脉理论为基础的复脉脏腑法和复脉阴阳法，“复脉汤”“复脉法”其中复脉阴阳法可养气助阳、滋阴补血，复脉脏腑法可温补心阳、滋补肝肾。该文主要探析《温病条辨》“复脉法”起源及其方药的应用情况，为《温病条辨》临证应用“复脉法”提供参考。 |

| Fumai method in systematized identification of warm diseasesis derived from Fumai decoction in treatise on febrile dis. ease. It can nourish Yin and tonify Yang, reinforce Qi and nourish blood, which is widely applied in clinical TCM treatment of cardio. vascular diseases. Different from Fumai decoction in treatise on febrile disease,Fumai method is based on yin-yang and viscera, which proposes out Fumai Yin-yang method and Fumai viscera method based on Xuemai theory. Fumai Yin-yang method can nourish Qi and tonify Yang, and nourish Yin-blood.Fumai viscera method can warm heart and nourish Yang, and nourish liver-kidney.This article mainly analyzes the origin and application of Fumai method in systematized identification of warm diseases in order to provide refer. ence for its clinical application. |
