      目的探讨结直肠癌( CRC)病人趋化因子配体 25(CCL25)、叶酸受体 1(FOLR1)的表达与临床病理特征、病人预后的关系。方法纳入 2014年 10月至 2019年 8月在北京市平谷区中医医院接收的 CRC病人( 70例)为研究对象(实验组)以同期到该院体检的 35例健康者的血清样本作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测癌组织和癌旁组织中 CCL25、FOLR1的表达。,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测并比较两组血清 CCL25、FOLR1的表达;通过 Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析, CRC病人预后的影响因素通过多因素 Cox回归进行评估。结果 CRC组织中 CCL25的阳性表达率( 68.57%比 21.43%)高于癌旁组织, CRC组织中 FOLR1的阳性表达率( 65.71%比 25.71%)高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);实验组病人血清 CCL25和 FOLR1表达水平显著高于对照组( P<0.05); CRC病人血清 CCL25、FOLR1的表达与 TNM分期、淋巴结转移、浸润程度有关( P<0.05); CRC病人血清 CCL25低表达组 3年生存率( 78.95%)显著高于高表达组( 31.25%)(P<0.05),血清 FOLR1低表达组病人 3年生存率( 77.50%)显著高于高表达组(30.00%)(P<0.05);淋巴结转移、 TNM分期、浸润程度、 FOLR1和 CCL25水平为 CRC病人预后影响因素( P<0.05)。结论 CCL25、FOLR1在 CRC病人中水平上升,并影响 CRC病人预后生存率。

      Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of C-C motif chemokine ligand 25 (CCL25) and folate re?ceptor 1 (FOLR1) in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients and their clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods SeventyCRC patients admitted to Pinggu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to August 2019 were included asthe study subjects (experimental group), and serum samples from 35 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in thesame hospital during the same period were included as the control group. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expres?sions of CCL25 and FOLR1 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect and com?pare the expressions of serum CCL25 and FOLR1 between the two groups. Survival analysis was conducted using the Kaplan Meiermethod, and the influence factors for the prognosis of CRC patients were evaluated using multivariate Cox regression.Results The pos? itive expression rates of CCL25 (68.57% vs. 21.43%) and FOLR1 (65.71% vs. 25.71%) in CRC tissues were higher than those in adja? cent cancer tissues, respectively (P<0.05). The levels of serum CCL25 and FOLR1 in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The expressions of CCL25 and FOLR1 in serum of CRC patients were related to TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and infiltration (P<0.05). The 3-year survival rates of CRC patients with low-expressed serum CCL25 and FOLR1 were obviously higher than those of patients with high-expressed serum CCL25 and FOLR1 (78.95% vs. 31.25%, 77.50% vs. 30.00%, respectively; P<0.05). Lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, degree of infiltration, FOLR1 and CCL25 levels were influencefactors for the prognosis of CRC patients (P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of CCL25 and FOLR1 increase in CRC patients and affect their prognosis and survival rate.
