| 2 型糖尿病是21世纪发展最为迅速的慢性非传染性疾病之一,已成为困扰当今世界的重大健康问题和社会经济问题。众所周知,糖尿病与血脂异常相关,包括甘油三酯升高和/或高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低。然而目前多项研究表明非传统脂质参数与糖尿病的发生发展关系更密切,是更有效的预测因子。本文就非传统脂质参数在2 型糖尿病中的研究现状做一综述,为临床上预防和管理2型糖尿病提供更有力的参数指标和理论支持。 |

| Type 2 diabetes mellitus is one of the most rapidly growing chronic non-communicable diseases of the 21st century and has become a major health and socio-economic problem plaguing the world today. It is well known that diabetes is associated with dyslipidemia, including elevated triglycerides and/or lowered high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. However, several studies have shown that non-traditional lipid parameters are more closely related to the development of diabetes and are more effective predictors. In this article, we present a review of the current status of non-traditional lipid parameters in type 2 diabetes mellitus in order to provide more powerful parameters and theoretical support for the prevention and management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
