| 目的 通过分享1例可控去带盲结肠代膀胱术后储尿囊并发结石患者的诊疗经过，提高对尿流改道术后结石症的诊治水平。方法 2024年3月22日至4月4日 潍坊市人民医院行开放切开储尿囊取石术治疗1例可控去带盲结肠代膀胱术后储尿囊并发结石患者，并结合文献复习探讨尿流改道术后结石的发病特点、诊疗方案及预防措施。结果 该例患者为老年男性，超声提示储尿囊结石，行切开取石术后成功取出储尿囊内结石，术后给予抗感染、补液、换药等治疗，6 d后出院。结论 尿流改道术后泌尿系结石的处理需要根据尿流改道类型、结石位置及负荷和术者经验进行综合评估和个体化考虑。 |

| Objective By sharing the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 patient with urinary bladder complicated with calculi after controllable detenial cecocolon bladder replacement in our hospital, the diagnosis and treatment level of calculi after urinary diversion was improved. Methods From March 22,2024 to April 4,2024, Weifang People 's Hospital underwent open incision and storage of urinary bladder to treat a patient with urinary bladder complicated with stones after controllable detenial cecocolon bladder replacement. Combined with literature review, the characteristics, diagnosis and treatment plan and preventive measures of stones after urinary diversion were discussed. Results The patient was an elderly male. The ultrasound in our hospital indicated that the urinary reservoir stones. After incision and stone removal, the stones in the urinary reservoir were successfully removed. After the operation, anti-infection, rehydration, dressing change and other treatments were given, and the patient was discharged after 6 days. Conclusion The treatment of urinary calculi after urinary diversion needs to be comprehensively evaluated and individualized according to the type of urinary diversion, the location and load of stones and the experience of the surgeon. |
