| 目的 调查康艾注射液使用情况,评价其使用合理性。方法 选取2014年使用康艾注射液的254例住院病历,对其合理性进行统计分析。结果 康艾注射液在临床使用中存在疗程不足(100.0%),超适应证(32.3%),用法用量不合理(18.2%),溶媒品种选用不合理(0.3%)等现象。结论 康艾注射液院内使用过程中存在不规范的表现,需要改进。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical use of the traditional Chinese medicine,Kang′ai injection,in a hospital and to evaluate its rationality.Methods A total of 254 cases of tumor medical records from 2014 were selected,and rationality analysis was made.Results The irrational uses of this injection included course shortage (100%),off-label use(32.2%),unsuitable dose(18.2%) and unsuitable solvents(0.3%).Conclusions The irrational use of the injection was found during clinical use.Clinical pharmacists should strengthen the medical examination to promote the rational use. |
