| 针对目前高职学生职业素质不佳的情况,高职教育提出将行业企业文化融入育人理念,该研究以某校药学专业为例,探讨将行业企业文化引入高职药学教学改革的必要性及核心课程在教学改革中的作用,提出以核心课程为依托,将医药行业企业文化引入核心课程改革的途径,促进学校药学专业学生的核心竞争力,提高学生综合素质。 |

| Given the current situation of higher vocational students′ professional quality,it is suggested to put forward industry enterprise culture into higher vocational education.This paper discusses the necessity of introducing the industry enterprise culture into the teaching reform,and the role of core courses in the teaching reform,and puts forward the way of introducing the pharmaceutical industry enterprise culture on the basis of core curriculum to promote the core competitiveness of pharmacy students and improve students' comprehensive quality. |
