| 目的 建立三七伤药片中同时测定新北美圣草苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法 以甲醇为溶剂,进行超声提取；色谱柱:Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)；流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速:1 mL·min-1,检测波长:283 nm,柱温35 ℃。结果 新北美圣草苷在87.55～1 313.25 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为99.13%,RSD=1.21% (n =6),柚皮苷在80.4～1 206 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为96.78%,RSD=3.34%(n=6)。结论 高效液相色谱法(HPLC)可以同时测定新北美圣草苷和柚皮苷的含量,方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于三七伤药片中骨碎补的质量控制。 |

| Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of neoeriocitein and naringin in Sanqi Shangyao Tablets.Methods Samples were prepared by ultrasonic extraction with methanol;the Agilent C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid (17∶83) were used for isocratic elution with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength at 283 nm.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃.Results The linear correlation of the neoeriocitrin was good in the range of 87.55~1 313.25 ng (r=0.999 4),the recovery rate was 99.13% and RSD was 1.21%(n=6).The linear correlation of the naringin was good in the range of 80.4~1 206 ng,the recovery rate was 96.78% and RSD was 3.34%(n=6).Conclusions This HPLC method could simultaneously determine the concentrations of neoeriocitrin and naringin.The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Sanqi Shangyao Tablets. |
