| 随着现代医学的发展和医学技术的不断涌现,医学检验技术日新月异,这对高等医学院校检验本科人才的培养模式提出了新的挑战。为了全面提高医学检验本科人才的综合素质,加快检验教学与临床实际工作的对接,笔者所在单位对医学检验专业的培养目标以及培养模式上进行了调整与改革,以期探索出适合现代医学检验人才培养需求的应用型教学改革方案。 |

| With the fast development of modern medicine and the emergence of medical technology,examining technique changes quickly,which puts forward a new challenge on the undergraduate talent cultivation model in medical colleges and universities.Our department has carried on the adjustment and reform of education aim and pattern,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of laboratory medicine undergraduate talent and speed up the link-up of teaching and clinical practical work.As a result,we hope to find the appropriate educational reform plan on application-oriented undergraduate talent in laboratory medicine. |
