| 目的 观察中药熏蒸督脉膀胱经配合康复护理对卒中后肢体痉挛的效果。 方法 选取安徽中医药大学第二附属医院100例脑卒中患者,按随机数字表随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组行常规的中西药、针刺治疗及康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用养血活血、舒经活络中药熏蒸督脉膀胱经治疗。观察两组治疗前后的Ashworth评分、运动功能(MAS)评分、Barthel指数评分。 结果 两组治疗后Ashworth评分,均较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.05),观察组治疗后Ashworth评分较对照组降低更显著(P＜0.05)；观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组MAS评分高于对照组(P＜0.01)。 结论 中药熏蒸督脉膀胱经配合康复护理在缓解、延缓卒中后肢体痉挛,提高患者自理能力有较好的疗效。 |

| Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation du meridian bladder by the effect of rehabilitation nursing on limb spasm after stroke. Methods According to random number table,100 cerebral apoplexy patients from the second affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each.Control group were treated with routine of Chinese and western medicine,acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation nursing care,while observation group were combined with qi and blood,shu by the adjustable Chinese medicine fumigation du meridian bladder additionally after the treatment.Before and after treatment,Ashworth score,movement function (MAS) score,the Barthel index score of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,Ashworth score of the two groups were significantly lower than before (P＜0.05),while of the observation group reduced more significantly (P＜0.05).Observation group Barthel index score higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Observation group MAS score higher than the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation du meridian bladder combined with rehabilitation nursing is with better curative effect in alleviating limb spasm after stroke and improving the ability to care for patients. |
