目的 了解内分泌科护士的核心能力水平,并分析其在一般资料上的差异,为制定针对性培训提供依据。方法 采用一般资料调查表,注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)对五家三甲医院122名内分泌科护士进行调查分析。结果 内分泌科护士核心能力总分为(146.93±28.91)分,伦理与法律实践均分最高,批判性思维和科研能力得分最低。其核心能力总分在年龄、职称、工作年限方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 内分泌科护士核心能力有待加强,在批判性思维与科研能力上需加以重视提高,尤其要重视低年资、低职称护士核心能力的培养。 |

Objective To measure the core competency of nurses in endocrinology department and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for nursing managers. Methods General information question naire and Competence Inventory for Registered Nurses were conducted on 122 nurses of endocrinology department. Results The total score of core competency of the nurses was146.93±28.91,with the highest mean scores were dimensions of legal and ethical practice and the lowest mean scores were dimensions of critical thinking and research aptitude.The demographic influencing factors were age,professional title and years of working. Conclusions The core competency of endocrinology department′s nurses should be strengthened,especially the cultivation for critical thinking and research aptitude and young,low title nurses. |
