线粒体是真核细胞重要的细胞器,与损伤性疾病的发生密切相关。急性脊髓损伤(SCI)后可引起线粒体膜电位及形态的改变,造成线粒体功能障碍,能量合成受限,加剧了SCI的继发性改变。该文对线粒体在急性SCI中的作用作一简单综述,旨在深入认识其功能,并为急性SCI的治疗提供一定参考。 |

Mitochondria are important organelles within eukaryocytes and closely related to injured diseases.Acute spinal cord injury (SCI) can make a change with mitochondrial membrane potential and morphology,causing mitochondrial dysfunction,and limiting the energy synthesis.At last,it aggravates the secondary damage of SCI.In this paper,we will review the role of mitochondria in acute SCI in order to explore its function,and to provide certain reference for the treatment of acute spinal cord injury. |
