| 目的 观察前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者采用一期微创手术的效果。 方法 收集前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者43例,均接受一期微创手术治疗,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结该术式的治疗效果。 结果 43例患者均手术顺利,手术时间60~110 min,平均手术时间(83.5±12.8) min；住院时间5~10 d,平均住院时间(6.9±1.2) d；术后患者的最大尿流率均高于15 mL·s-1；国际前列腺症状评估量表评分为3~12分,平均(7.1±2.3)分,提示患者的排尿情况均得到显著改善。所有患者均得到随访,未出现明显术后并发症,且腹股沟疝无复发。 结论 在前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者的治疗过程中,一期微创手术能够显著改善患者的排尿情况,而且腹股沟疝不易复发,避免了二次手术的痛苦,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To study and analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 43 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with inguinal hernia were collected.All patients underwent minimally invasive surgery.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed and the curative effect of the operation was summarized. Results All the 43 patients were operated successfully.The operation time was 60 minutes to 110 minutes.The average operation time was (83.5±12.8) minutes.The hospital stay was 5 to 10 days.The mean hospital stay was (6.9±1.2) days.The maximal urinary flow rate was higher than 15 mL per second in all patients.All patients were assessed by the international prostate symptom assessment scale and the scores were 3 points to 12 points,with an average score of (7.1±2.3) points,suggesting that the patient′s urination had been significantly improved.All patients were followed up,no significant postoperative complications and no recurrence of inguinal hernia found. Conclusions In the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with inguinal hernia,a minimally invasive surgery can significantly improve the patient′s urination.And inguinal hernia is not easy to relapse,which avoids the pain of the second operation and brings more benefits to patients.It is worth promoting the application. |
