| 目的 调查安徽省放射治疗单位、人员结构、设备等基本情况,全面了解全省放疗现状,合理配置放疗资源,促进放疗事业的发展。方法 从2017年4月1日至2017年10月13日,安徽省医学会肿瘤放射治疗学分会制定放疗基本情况调查表,通过电话、邮件、即时通讯软件等方式分发和回收调查表,将全省放疗单位的基本情况进行统计。结果 截至2017年10月13日,安徽省放疗单位共74家,放疗人员共2 661人,其中医师、物理师(包括工程师)、技师、护士分别为867人、148人、407人、1 239人；全省拥有直线加速器95台,60Co治疗机6台,伽马刀5台,近距离治疗机14台,模拟定位机63台,属于放疗科室单独使用的CT 19台,治疗计划系统85套,放疗质控设备209套；能够开展3D-CRT的放疗单位为69家,IMRT 55家,IGRT 22家,VMAT 8家,TomoTherapy 2家；2017年安徽省放疗床位数为4 687张；2014年至2016年每年放疗病人分别为36 659人次、41 111人次和45 624人次。结论 安徽省放疗基本情况与2015年全国平均水平相当,但地域性差异较大,应合理配置放疗资源,加大放疗投入。 |

| Objective The radiotherapy units,the composition of radiotherapy personnel and the radiotherapy equipment were investigated to fully understand the current situation of radiotherapy in Anhui province,which help to rationalize the distribution of radiotherapy resources,and to promote the development of radiotherapy career.Methods From April 1st,2017 to October 13th,2017,the questionnaire of basic situation of radiotherapy was designed,and these questionnaires were distributed and collected via telephone,E-mail and instant message software by Anhui Society of Radiation Oncology,Anhui Medical Association.Results Until October 13th,2017,there were 74 radiotherapy units in Anhui province with 2 661 employees in total,among which there were 867 radiotherapy physicians,148 medical physicists (including maintenance engineers),407 therapists,and 1 239 nurses.As for radiotherapy equipment,there were 95 linear accelerators,6 60Co teletherapy units,5 γ-knife units,14 brachytherapy units,63 X-ray simulators,19 CT simulators (which belong to the department of radiation oncology alone),85 sets of treatment planning systems,and 209 quality control devices.In terms of new techniques,there were 69 radiotherapy units capable of carrying out 3D-CRT(3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy),55 IMRT(intensity modulated radiation therapy),22 IGRT(image guided radiation therapy),8 VMAT(volume modulated arc therapy),and 2 TomoTherapy.In 2017 there were 4 687 beds for radiotherapy patients in Anhui province.From 2014 to 2016,there were 36 659,41 111,and 45 624 patients were treated annually in total,respectively.Conclusion The investigation showed that the basic situation of radiotherapy in Anhui province was almost equivalent to the average level of mainland China in 2015,however,the regional distributions of radiotherapy resources were quite different.The supervisor should rationalize the distribution of these resources,and increase the radiotherapy investment. |
