      目的 检验外用鹿茸膏剂抗皮肤衰老的效果。方法 连续30 d给小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖,建立皮肤衰老模型;三个实验组每天涂抹浓度分别为5%、10%、15%的鹿茸膏剂,空白组涂抹凡士林,连续涂抹21 d后,观察各组小鼠的皮肤表观特征,并测定各组皮肤含水率、羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量、透明质酸(HA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果 三个鹿茸膏剂实验组小鼠皮肤的松弛、皱褶状况都有所改善,以15%组效果最佳。皮肤含水率模型组为(57.72±0.89)%,5%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(66.22±1.21)%,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10%、15%鹿茸膏剂实验组皮肤含水率为(68.82±0.64)%、(70.70±1.05)%,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HYP含量模型组为(3.604±0.20)μg/mg,10%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(3.956±0.12)μg/mg,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);15%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(4.080±0.12)μg/mg,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HA含量模型组为(6.163±0.54)μg/mL,10%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(8.514±0.63)μg/mL,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);15%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(9.024±0.24)μg/mL,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SOD活力模型组为(304.84±12.026)U/mg,5%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(338.36±7.848)U/mg,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10%、15%鹿茸膏剂实验组为(353.12±5.964)U/mg、(357.20±10.634)U/mg,和模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 外用10%和15%鹿茸膏剂有抗皮肤衰老作用。

      Objective This paperis to test the anti-aging effect of Pilose antler ointment for external use.Methods The mice were subcutaneously injected with D-galactose for 30 days to establish the skin aging model.The three experimental groups were smeared daily with deer antler ointment of 5%,10% and 15% concentration respectively,and the blank group was smeared continuously with Vaseline for 21 days.Then the skin apparent features of each group were observed,and the skin moisture content,hydroxyproline (HYP),hyaluronic acid (HA) content and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)were measured.Results The flabby and wrinkled skin of the mice in the three Pilose antler ointment groups were improved,with the best effect in the 15% group.The skin moisture content of model group was (57.72±0.89)%,and that of 5% Pilose antler ointment group was (66.22±1.21)%,P<0.05;the skin moisture content of 10% and 15% Pilose antler ointment group was (68.82± 0.64)% and (70.70±1.05)%,P<0.01.The content of HYP in model group was (3.604±0.20)μg/mg,in 10% Pilose antler ointment group was (3.956±0.12)μg/mg,P<0.05,and in 15% Pilose antler oinment group was (4.080±0.12)μg/mg,P<0.01.The content of HA in model group was (6.163±0.54)μg/mL,in 10% Pilose antler oinment group was (8.514±0.63)μg/mL,P<0.05;and in 15% Pilose antler ointment group was (9.024±0.24)μg/mL,P<0.01.The SOD activity of model group was (304.84±12.026)U/mg,and that of the 5% Pilose antler oinment experimental group was (338.36±7.848)U/mg,P<0.05;10% and 15% Pilose antler oinment experimental group was (353.12±5.964)U/mgand (357.20±10.634)U/mg,P<0.01.Conclusion 10% and 15% Pilose antler ointment have anti-aging effect on skin.
