| 目的探究血清脂质过氧化物水平在冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗后的变化规律。方法选取 2017年 1月至 2018年 1月东南大学附属中大医院江北院区收治的行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的冠心病病人 94例作为研究对象，将其中单纯冠心病病人 41例纳入对照组，冠心病合并糖尿病病人 53例纳入观察组。对比两组介入治疗前后血清丙二醛( MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化及不良事件发生率。结果观察组术后 30 min、1h、12 h、24 h、3d的 MDA水平分别为( 53.57±13.48)、(50.38 ±16.41)、(47.91±16.04)、(45.29±14.59)、(57.41±12.63)均低于对照组的( 70.42±12.73)、(68.38±15.53)、(65.39±14.52)、(63.59±13.53)、(70.53±10.58)差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)；观察组术后 30 min、1h、12 h、24 h、3d的 SOD水平( 37.76± 6.27)、(38.55±5.65)、(36.96±635.24±6.64)、(29.37±5.65)均高于对照组( 28.42±6.42)、(29.76±5.37)、(28.76±5.48)、.54)、(，(27.53±6.52)、(23.57± 5.65)差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)；观察组冠脉再狭窄( 15.09%)、急性心肌梗死( 18.87%)、卒中(11.32%)及死亡率( 45.28%)于对照组 2.44%、4.88%、0.00%、14.63%，差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖均高，尿病病人介入治疗后血清脂质过氧化物水平出现明显变化，且持续时间长，糖尿病或起到一定催化作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the changes and its law of serum lipid peroxide levels after interventional therapy for coronaryheart disease combined with diabetes.Methods A total of 94 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent percutaneouscoronary intervention in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled.Among them，41 patients with coronary heart disease were included in the control group，and 53 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes were enrolled in the observa? tion group.The changes of malondialdehyde(MDA)，superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels and adverse events were compared before and after intervention.Results The MDA levels in the observation group at 30 min，1h，12 h，24 h and 3 d were lower than those in the control group［(53.57±13.48)vs.(70.42±12.73)，(50.38±16.41)vs.(68.38±15.53)，(47.91±16.04)vs.(65.39±14.52)，(45.29±14.59)vs.(63.59±13.53)，(57.41±12.63)vs.(70.53±10.58)］(P＜0.05).The SOD levels at 30 min，1h，12 h，24 h and 3 d in the observation group were observed［(37.76±6.27)vs.(28.42±6.42)，(38.55±5.65)vs.(29.76±5.37)，(36.96±6.54)vs. |
