| 目的评估局段 “S”形切口在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤区域性切除中的临床使用效果。方法选取 2012年 3月至 2017年 6月安徽医科大学第二附属医院收治的腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤病人 64例，采用随机数字表法分为局段组 32例和传统组 32例。局段接受局段 “S”形切口行面神经局部解剖 +腮腺肿瘤及浅叶区域性切除术，传统组接受传统 “S”形手术切口行面神经解剖 +腮腺浅叶及肿瘤切除术。比较两组术后各项临床指标的差异。结果局段组术中出血量中位数为( 20.00，IQR＝11.25，30.10)mL，传统组为( 60.17，IQR＝45.02，75.19)mL，两组差异有统计学意义( Z＝6.481，P＜0.05)；局段组平均手术时间为( 71.75±18.77)min，传统组为( 120.28±29.57)min，两组差异有统计学意义( t＝7.839，P＜0.05)。局段组术后耳部麻木时间、术后暂时性面瘫发生率、主观满意度评分均显著低于传统组( P＜0.05)。结论局段 “S”形切口显著提高了腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤病人的生存质量，与传统手术相比具有切口小、外观满意、手术范围小、时间短、术中出血少等优点。 |

| Objective To establish segment S?shaped incision in partial parotidectomy of parotid superficial benign tumors. Methods A total of 64 patients with parotid superficial benign tumor who admitted to the department of otolaryngology head andneck surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical University of Anhui Province from March 2012 to June 2017 were ran?domly divided into partial group(32 patients)and traditional group(32 patients).The patients in the partial group were treatedwith partial S?shaped incision for facial nerve anatomy and partial parotidectomy in the management of parotid superficial benign tu? mors，and the patients in the traditional group were treated with the traditional S?shaped for facial nerve and superficial lobe of pa?rotid gland and tumor resection.e The differences of some postoperative clinical indicators of these included patients were comparedby IBM SPSS 19.0.Results The median bleeding volume during operation period was(20.00，IQR＝11.25，30.10)mL in the par? tial group and(60，IQR＝45.02，75.19)mL in the traditional group，and the difference was statically significant(Z＝6.481，P＜ |
