| 目的探索冠心病病人自身相关因素对体外扩增后骨髓间充质干细胞( MSCs)数量的影响，为 MSCs供体的筛选及临床应用提供证据。方法选取 2017年 6月至 2018年 1月安徽省第二人民医院收治的冠心病病人 60例，经髂前上棘提取骨髓液，并进行培养，观察最终培养得到的细胞数目与病人相关因素的关联性。结果从未吸烟病人骨髓 MSCs体外扩增所达到的细胞数量多于吸烟病人( t＝2.491，P＝0.0156)年龄与骨髓 MSCs体外扩增后所达到的细胞数目呈负相关( r＝-0.502，P＜0.0001)。结论吸烟、年龄可以影响骨髓 MSCs外扩增后所达到的细胞数目。 |

| Objective To investigate the impact of coronary heart disease related factors on the amount of mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)in vitro culture expansion，and to provide evidence for the screening of MSCs donors and MSCs’clinical application. Methods Sixty coronary heart disease patients selected from June 2014 to September 2017 in our hospital were enrolled in thisstudy.The bone marrow fluid was extracted from the iliac crest and cultured in vitro to observe the correlation between the numberof final cultured cells and the related factors of the patients.Results The amount of MSCs cultured from non?smokers in vitro was more than that of smokers(t＝2.491，P＝0.0156).There was a negative correlation between age and the number of MSCs in vitro(r＝-0.502，P＜0.0001).Conclusion Smoking and age are patient related factors which could affect the number of bone marrowmesenchymal stem cells cultured in vitro in patients with coronary heart disease. |
