| 目的探讨在X线下应用双尖缝合针经皮高位结扎联合氰基丙烯酸酯栓塞治疗大隐静脉功能不全的安全性及可行性。方法选择 2016年 6月至 2018年 4月河北中石油中心医院 35例( 49条病肢)大隐静脉功能不全的病人，在病人平卧于数字减影血管造影( DSA)监视下使用双尖缝合针经皮高位结扎隐股静脉连接处的大隐静脉，将线结置于皮下，其余的大隐静脉主干、曲张的属支利用氰基丙烯酸酯经腔内栓塞。对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访 6个月静脉曲张无一例复发再通。结论在X线下应用双尖缝合针对大隐静脉进行经皮高位结扎及对大隐静脉的主干与属支栓塞胶粘治疗的方法安全可靠、疗效确切、微创美容，值得推广。 |

| Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of percutaneous high ligation with double?tipped needle combined withtranscatheter cyanoacrylate embolization for great saphenous insufficiency under X?ray.Methods From June 2016 to April 2018， 35 cases(49 affected limbs)with great saphenous insufficiency in Hebei Petro China Central Hospital were chosen，the operatedmodus of percutaneous high ligation of saphenofemoral junction with double?tipped needle under X?ray were adopted and the knotswere put in subcutaneous site，the rest long saphenous were transcatheter embolized by cyanoacrylate，and other varicose veins were occluded by intravenous cyanoacrylate.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results During the follow?up of 6 months， no patient recurred.Conclusion The operating therapy of percutaneous high ligation with double?tipped needle combined withtranscatheter cyanoacrylate embolizatiom under X?ray is safe，reliable and aesthetic，which is worthy of being generalized. |
