| 目的探讨监测 ?培训 ?计划(Monitoring?Training?Planning，MTP)干预模式对促进儿科社区获得性肺炎病人抗菌药物合理使用的作用。方法运用 MTP模式对邵阳市中心医院普儿科 2017年 1月至 2018年 9月社区获得性肺炎住院病人抗菌药物的使用进行干预，观察干预前后各用药指标的变化，评价 MTP干预法的效果。结果经过 7轮 MTP干预后我院普儿科社区获得性肺炎住院病人的住院药费、抗菌药物费用、抗菌药物费用占总药费百分比、联合用药率分别由 2016年第四季度(干预前)的(1 354.3±852.6)元、(682.4±462.6)元、 50.9%、56.2%下降到 2018年第四季度(干预后)的(956.0±853.5)元、(387.6±395.7)元、 39.1%、29.9%，抗菌药物选药合理率由 42.4%上升至 88.0%，均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 MTP干预模式对促进儿科社区获得性肺炎住院病人的抗菌药物的合理使用具有显著效果，是一种提高合理用药水平的有效方法。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of monitoring?training? planning(MTP)intervention on antibiotic use in community? acquired pneumonia in children.Methods MTP mode was used to intervene the antibiotics use in hospitalized patients with com?+munity?acquired pneumonia in the Department of Pediatrics，Shaoyang Central Hospital from January 2017 to September 2018.Thechanges of drug use indexes before and after the intervention were observed，and the effect of MTP intervention method was evaluat? ed.Results After 7 rounds of MTP intervention，drug cost，antibacterial agents cost，the proportion of the antibiotics cost in the to? tal drug cost，combination rate of antibacterial agents decreased from(1 354.3±852.6)RMB yuan，(682.4±462.6)RMB yuan，50.9%，56.2% of fourth quarter of 2016(before intervention)to(956.0±853.5)RMB yuan，(387.6±395.7)RMB yuan，39.1%，29.9% of fourth quarter of 2018(after intervention)，respectively，while rate of rational antibiotic selection increased from 42.4% to 88.0% in the two years of intervention.After intervention，all the observed items improved with statistical significance(P＜0.05) compared with those before intervention.Conclusion MTP intervention is effective in promoting the rational use of antibiotic of community?acquired pneumonia inpatient children. |
