| 目的采用高效液相色谱技术研究分析西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍的稳定性情况。方法分别制备西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液混合液的待检样品，进行高效液相色谱分析，观察西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍溶液外观、 pH值变化及不溶性微粒数情况，检测配伍溶液的回收率及质量浓度变化情况。结果西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍的溶液 0~ 24 h的 pH值会随着时间的增加而缓慢降低， 3种西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍的溶液在 24 h后均出现了不同程度的浑浊， 3种西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍的溶液中 ≥10 μm的不溶性微粒数随着时间的增加缓慢降低，而≥25 μm的不溶性微粒数随着时间的增加缓慢升高， 3种西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍溶液的回收率分别为 101.01%、99.23%、99.14%，3种西咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍溶液质量浓度随着时间的增加缓慢下降。结论咪替丁注射液与丹参注射液配伍具有较高的稳定性，但是会随时间的增加而导致配伍性下降，配伍后应尽快使用。 |

| Objective Study the stability of cimetidine injection combined with Danshen injection by high performance liquid chro? matography.Methods The samples to be tested for the mixture of cimetidine injection and salvia miltiorrhiza injection were preparedand analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The appearance, pH value and insoluble particle number of the compatibilitysolution of cimetidine injection and salvia miltiorrhiza injection were observed. The recovery rate and mass concentration of the compat?ible solution were tested.Results The pH of the solution of cimetidine injection and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection will decrease slowlywith the increase of time. The solutions of the three cimetidine injections combined with Danshen injection showed different degrees ofturbidity after 24 h. The number of insoluble particles ≥10 μm in the solution of the three cimetidine injections combined with Salviamiltiorrhiza injection decreased slowly with time, while the number of insoluble particles ≥25 μm increased slowly with time. The re?coveries of the three cimetidine injections and Danshen injection solutions were 101.01%, 99.23%, and 99.14%, respectively. The con?centration of the three cimetidine injection and Danshen injection solution decreased slowly with the increase of time.Conclusion The combination of imibutin and salvia miltiorrhiza injection has high stability, but it will decrease with compatibility over time. Itshould be used as soon as possible after compatibility. |
