| 目的观察膝周神经脉冲射频联合肉毒毒素 A注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法选取 2017年 8月至 2018年 8月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的膝骨关节炎病人 80例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组(脉冲射频 +肉毒毒素 A注射)和对照组(脉冲射频 +类固醇注射)各 40例。观察并记录两组治疗前、治疗后、治疗后 1周、 1个月和 6个月的视觉模拟评分( VAS)和骨关节炎指数( WOMAC)评分，，进行疗效评价。结果治疗 1周后，观察组 VAS评分［( 2.38±0.41)分比( 6.57±1.12)分］与对照组 VAS评分［(5.07±0.46)分比( 6.38±1.07)分］和 WOMAC评分较治疗前均显著降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组在治疗后、治疗后 1周、 1个月和 6个月 VAS评分［(3.73±0.34)分比( 5.07±0.46)分］［(2.38±0.41)分比( 4.63±0.65)分］［(2.01，±0.23)分比( 4.02±0.39)分］［(1.01±0.52)分比(3.16±0.54)分］WOMAC评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝周神经脉冲射频联合肉毒毒素 A注射能够减轻病人疼痛，，改善关节活动障碍，是治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效的方式。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of genicular nerve pulse radiofrequency combined with botulinum toxin A intraarticular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018, 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were randomly divided into observation group (pulse radiofrequency + botulinum toxin A injection) and control group (pulse radiofrequency + steroid injection), with 40 cases in each group. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and osteoarthritis index (WOMAC) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups before, 1 week, 1month and 6 months after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the VAS [observation group (2.38±0.41) scores vs. (6.57± 1.12) scores] [control group (5.07±0.46) scores vs. (6.38±1.07) scores] and WOMAC scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), the VAS scores [(3.73±0.34) scores vs. (5.07±0.46) scores] [ (2.38±0.41) scores vs. (4.63±0.65) scores] [ (2.01±0.23) scores vs. (4.02±0.39) scores] [ (1.01±0.52) scores vs. (3.16±0.54) scores] and WOMAC scores of the observationgroup were better than those of the control group at before treatment, after treatment, 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion Genicular nerve pulse radiofrequency combined with botulinum toxin A injection can relieve pain in patients andimprove joint dysfunction, which is a safe and effective treatment method. |
