| 目的观察调和营卫法对围绝经期综合征的治疗效果，并分析性激素水平的变化。方法采用随机数字表法将 2016年 11月至 2017年 12月在南充市中心医院就诊符合纳排标准的 60例围绝经期综合征分成两组( n=30)对照组采用常规戊酸雌二醇片每天 1次，每次 2 mg，晚餐后半小时口服；研究组在对照组的基础上采用桂枝汤加减方每天 1剂，:水煎分 3次口服治疗。均连续用药 3个月。比较两组治疗后临床症状改善总有效率、 Kupperman评分、血清促卵泡激素( FSH)、雌二醇和促黄体素的水平变化。同时观察两组病人不良反应及肝肾功能变化。结果两组按疗程治疗后，研究组临床症状改善总有效率96.7％明显高于对照组 76.7%(P=0.023)。与治疗前相比，治疗后两组 Kupperman评分显著下降( P<0.05)研究组明显低于对照组。与治疗前相比，治疗后两组血清雌二醇浓度明显增高，血清促卵泡激素、促黄体素明显降低( P<0.05，但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调和营卫法联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗围绝经期综合征，可提高病人临床疗效及改善血清性激素水平。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of harmonizing Yingfen and Weifen method in treating perimenopausalsyndrome and the change of sex hormone level.Methods Sixty patients with perimenopausal syndrome who met the inclusion criteriain Nanchong Central Hospital from November 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional estradiol valerate tablets 2 mg once a day, half an hour after dinner. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Guizhi decoction one dose per day, decocted in water for three times. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement, the kuppermanscore, serum follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH ), estradiol ( E2 ) and luteinizing hormone ( LH ) levels were compared between the twogroups after 3 months of treatment. The adverse reactions and the liver and kidney functions were also detected.Results After treated according to the course of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the observation group (96.7%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.7%, P = 0.023). Compared with those before treatment, the kupperman scores of the two groups were lower ( P<0.05 ), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Compared with those beforetreatment, FSH and LH levels of the two groups were lower, E2 levels of the two groups were higher (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with the method of harmonizing Yingfen and Weifen can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and serum sex hormone level of patients. |
