| 目的为炎症性肠病病人药物自我管理水平提供测评工具。方法通过半结构访谈、文献回顾和专家咨询形成量表初稿，采用便利抽样法对 2019年 2—9月江苏大学附属医院 120例炎症性肠病病人进行问卷调查，测定量表的信效度。结果炎症性肠病病人药物自我管理测评量表共包含 11个条目，条目的内容效度指数 0.89~1.00，量表 Cronbach's α系数都 >0.7。结论本研究编制的量表可用于测评炎症性肠病病人药物自我管理水平。 |

| Objective To provide an assessment tool for the self-management level of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients. Methods Through semi-structured interviews, literature review and expert consultation, the first draft of the scale was formed. Thenthe reliability and validity of the scale was tested by a questionnaire survey among 120 IBD patients who were treated in The AffiliatedHospital of Jiangsu University from February 2019 to September 2019 and selected by convenience sampling.Results There were 11 items in the scale. The content validity index was 0.89-1.00, and the Cronbach's α were all above 0.7.Conclusion The scale can be used to evaluate the self-management level of IBD patients. |
