| 目的建立脑得生片中非法染色剂柠檬黄的检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法( HPLC)色谱柱为 C18柱( 250 mm× 4.6 mm，5 μm)，柱温 30 ℃，流速 1.0 mL/min，流动相为 0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液 ?乙腈，梯度洗脱，检测432 nm。采用液相色谱质谱联用( LC?MS)对 HPLC方法的专属性进行了验证。结果在 HPLC和 LC?MS佐证结果一致情况下，抽查的 17批脑得生波长，片样品中确证有 3批样品含染色剂柠檬黄。结论该方法快速、准确，专属性好，可作为脑得生片中非法添加染色剂柠檬黄的检测方法，为脑得生片的质量控制提供方法。 |

| Objective To establish a method for the detection of Lemon Yellow that is illegally added in Naodesheng Tablets. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted. C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm).Column tempera? ture 30 ℃，mobile phase with 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelengthwas 432 nm.The method of LC?MS was used to verify the specificity of HPLC method.Results In the case of consistent results confirmed by HPLC and LC?MS，three out of seventeen batches of Naodesheng Tablets were proven to contain Lemon Yellow.Con? clusion The method is rapid，accurate and with good specificity，and can be used as the detection method for Naodesheng Tab? lets’quality control |
