      目的了解我国基层医疗机构药学人员的基本情况、知识结构和工作满意率,为开展药学人员培训、提升药学服务能力和加强药事管理提供参考。方法 2017年 9月至 2018年 1月以问卷调查的形式,对八个地区的多个连片特困地区和民族地区基层医疗机构的药学人员进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果“中药基础知共有 831名基层药学人员参与调查。 1、识”题正确率为“抗菌药物管理”(88.36±7.06)%;题正确率为“特殊(89.08±5.16)%;题正确率为“抗菌药物使用”(64.47±12.05)%;人群用药”题正确率为(91.47±4.82)%“处方点评”;题正确率为(59.20±11.20)%。2、基层药学人员对所在医疗机构就诊条件满意率为( 62.19±14.55)%、学习机会满意率为( 70.47±10.55)%、薪酬待遇满意率为( 46.16±10.18)%、职业自豪感满意率为( 69.45±11.48)%。3、不同地区基层药学人员的知识结构现状和工作满意率存在差异。结论基层医疗机构药学人员的药学知识水平参差不齐,工作满意率不高,应通过加强培训提升药学知识储备和药学服务能力,建立激励机制来提高工作满意率。

      Objective To understand the basic situation, the status of knowledge and job satisfaction rate of pharmacy staff fromgrassroots medical institutions in China, and to provide a reference for training, improvement the capabilities of pharmaceutical careand strengthening of pharmaceutical administration.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to the pharmacy staff in the gathering Poor areas and minority areas from Eight Provinces in ChinaFrom September 2017 to January 2018, and statistical analysis wasperformed on the results.Results A sample of 831 cases of grass-roots pharmacy staff was surveyed. 1. The correct rate to "BasicKnowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine" was (89.08±5.16)%; the correct rate to "Antibacterial Drug Management" was (88.36±7.06)%; the correct rate to "Use of Antibacterial Drugs" was (64.47±12.05)%; the correct answer rate to "Special Population Drug Use"was (91.47±4.82)% and the correct rate to "prescription comment" was (59.20±11.20)%. 2. (62.19±14.55)% of the pharmacy staff fromgrassroots medical institutions was satisfied with medical conditions; (70.47±10.55)% of the pharmacy staff was satisfied with learningopportunities; (46.16±10.18)% of the pharmacy staff was satisfied with compensation and (69.45±11.48)% of the pharmacy staff was satisfied with professional pride. 3. The knowledge structure and job satisfaction rate of grass-roots pharmaceutical staff in different regions were different.Conclusion The pharmacy staff in grassroots medical institutions have uneven levels of pharmacological knowledge and a low job satisfaction rate. They should enhance their knowledge of pharmacy and pharmaceutical care ability throughstrengthening training and incentive mechanism is needed to improve job satisfaction.
