      目的探讨言语疗法配合视听觉统合康复训练对全面性发育迟缓儿童智力、语言恢复的效果。方法选取 2017年 7月至 2018年 6月徐州市儿童医院接诊的全面性发育迟缓病儿 70例,用简单随机数表法分为两组,各 35例。对照组以言语疗法干预,观察组则给予言语疗法 +视听觉统合康复训练治疗。比较干预效果,记录治疗前后发育商、口部运动功能及日常生活能力评分变化。结果观察组总有效率 85.72%高于对照组 65.71%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组的适应性、语言能、大运动能、精细动作以及个人社交行为等评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组( P<0.05)。治疗后,两组口部运功功能、日常生活能力评分均升高,观察组高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论言语疗法联合视听觉统合康复训练治疗全面性发育迟缓病儿效果显著,可有效提高病儿智力发育水平、日常生活能力,促进病儿言语功能恢复,值得推荐。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of speech therapy combined with audiovisual integration rehabilitation training on intelligence and language recovery of children with comprehensive developmental retardation.Methods Seventy children with comprehensive growth retardation admitted to Xuzhou Children's Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups by simplerandom number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with speech therapy, while the observationgroup was treated with speech therapy + audiovisual integration rehabilitation training. The intervention effects were compared, and thechanges of development quotient, oral motor function and ability of daily living before and after treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.72%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.71%) (P< 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the scores of adaptability, language ability, large motor ability, small motor ability and personalsocial behavior in the two groups were increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of oral motor function and ADL in the two groups increased, which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Speech therapy combined with audio-visual integration rehabilitationtraining is effective in the treatment of children with comprehensive growth retardation, which can effectively improve their intellectualdevelopment level and daily living ability, and promote the recovery of their speech function, which is worthy of recommendation.
